the breakfast was healthy with lots of delicious options. location: the hotel was really close to the badgers play, great restaurants, uw-madison campus and camp randall, the lakes and state street, and the centre of a remarkable collection of historic homes all walkable including a frank lloyd wright and a rare louis sullivan.

Exceptional hospitality and attention to detail at the Buckingham Inn made our stay truly memorable. The innkeepers were accommodating and provided an earlier breakfast time for us, as well as catering to our vegetarian diet. The Lake Mendota suite had plenty of natural light, a comfortable bed, and a deep jet bath tub with bath salts. The snacks, including pretzels, gluten-free treats, and chocolates, were a delightful touch. The innkeepers also offered wine or juice in the evening and coffee or tea in the morning. The antique piano and recommended restaurant list added to the charm. I highly recommend this lovely inn.

I recently stayed at a charming inn that exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location of this hotel was excellent, as it was very close to the UW campus and just adjacent to the stadium. It made attending events and exploring the area extremely convenient. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, especially with the amenities provided, resembling those of the luxurious Varsity Suite. From high-speed Wi-Fi to in-room snacks and complimentary beverages, everything was well thought out. Lastly, I must mention the fantastic breakfast. The hosts, Heidi and Tom, went above and beyond in ensuring a delicious start to the day, catering to special dietary needs. The overall experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a truly exceptional stay.
No improvements needed, it was all great!
